Classic agent trick to try to get a better deal for his man while
in negotiations over new deal - put a story in a paper saying another club is
interested. Kris has had family issues which means he would always like to stay close to
his family in Midlands. His preference therefore is to stay at Derby if a sensible deal
can be agreed. With a better chance of getting in Scotland squad if he gets into Prem
Lge with Derby.
