The sacking of NC
1) Amazed you sacked NC. Stabilised the club on a virtual Zero budget.
2) Shown progress every year. Admittedly only small but progress is progress.
3) Could and maybe should have sacked him a couple of years ago but stayed loyal (Credit for that) now they sack him when progress is being made - Weird
The appointment of SM
1) Has 13 games of (Poor) experience in the Championship with Forest
2) Did ok with M'boro but in a different league in a different era and a big budget.
3) Speaking as Forest fan he was awful for Forest and I mean awful
Finally changing managers is an expensive hobby, how much to pay off NC and how much to get in SM (Who won't come cheap)
Would that money be better off on the team?

From a Forest fan - I don't think McClaren was ever backed at Forest and we treated him shabbily. Admittedly he bought some crap but he was restricted on any money available and was only in charge for 13 games. Didn't have time to develop any youngsters or make his mark on the team. If you lot give him time I think he will be a good appointment even though it pains me to say it.
What a load of rubbish. He signed poor players on high wages. Look at Ishmael miller. He was out his depth in championship. Past his sell by date. Poor season lays ahead for derby.

Post from a Forest fan here. Amazed Nige has been sacked. Done a great job under difficult conditions. Why sack him after yesterday if at all. Derby were the better team and could easly have won. I hope he gets another job soon.
Mclaren is a joke. Signed a lot of rubbish at forest. A backward step. Nigel was doing a good job. I fear for derby now.
